Appointments and Cancellations
We recommend you schedule your next appointment before leaving Ospa. We
require a credit card to hold your appointment. Please notify us at least
24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment or you will
be billed in full. We will give you a courtesy reminder call up to a week
before your appointment. Walk-ins are always welcome but due to our busy
schedules, we recommend an appointment.
Check-in
Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your spa appointment so you
can enjoy a beverage, browse through our boutique, take a hot shower,
change into a robe, and set your
psyche to begin its course of total relaxation.
What to wear
Wear anything that will fit in a locker. We’ll provide you with
a robe. If you’re having your toenails polished, bring a pair of
open-toed shoes. Bring a case for your contact lenses.
Lockers
Lockers are available for your valuables. We are not responsible for lost
or stolen items that are not locked in our lockers.
Eating prior to spa services
Try to allow at least 1 hour between your last meal and your treatment.
Avoid coffee or alcohol prior to a massage.
Gift Card
Stumped for the perfect gift? An Ospa gift card is the solution
you’ve been looking for. New mothers, brides, best friends, all
the special people in your life will hear you say, “You deserve
to indulge yourself.”
Your privacy matters: Ospa will never sell
or release any information about you or your friends.
Children and Phones
Ospa is designed to create a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. To maintain
this, we ask that you make appropriate child care arrangements and leave
your cell phone and pager off. Please ask us to recommend a salon for
your child’s hair needs.
